On the ground floor, a fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment provides accessible, independent living. It features a spacious principal bedroom, a generous living room, and a good-sized bathroom. The kitchen and dining space is equipped with a Howdens kitchen, complete with a durable Silestone worktop, offering both style and practicality.

The main residence spans the upper two floors. On the first floor, there is a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with access to a private balcony, as well as a separate space which can be used as a bedroom or study.
